Vizgen MERFISH

One of the early adopters of Vizgen's MERFISH technology, the SCOPE has operated a Vizgen Alpha MERFISH microscope since March 2021.  Recently, the next generation MERSCOPE platform landed in the SCOPE.  

MERFISH is full service through the SCOPE with our trained staff handling all aspects of sample preparation, imaging and data processing.  Please contact us to learn more about this service!
