Property Services

Property Services can assist with the following:

Off-campus leased locations:

• Finding new office space, lease renewal, space expansion, space modifications, questions regarding landlord issues, rent payment questions

On-campus locations:

• Leases, license agreements (note that the System PO's OGC requires its approval of UMass Chan leases).
• Certain of the properties in which our employees conduct business are owned/leased by UMass Chan, while others are owned/leased by the Worcester City Campus Corporation (WCCC), a non-State agency not for profit corporation, authorized by Massachusetts law, whose base corporate purpose is to foster, promote and support the University of Massachusetts, in all its locations.
