Cancellation Policy for Learning & Development Courses

Participants unable to attend a course in which they are registered should withdraw from the class by using the online registration tool. Please follow the link in the confirmation email that registrants receive to withdraw from a class. By withdrawing from the class well in advance, you provide an opportunity for a waitlisted student to take your place. 

The registration tool will not allow you to withdraw from the class within 24 hours. If you need to withdraw from the class within 24 hours of the session, please notify us at LandD@umassmed.edu.
