HR Direct MFA Job Aids
UMass Chan HR Direct MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) is a method of control in which a UMass Chan employee is granted HR Direct access only after successfully presenting several separate pieces of evidence to an authentication mechanism.
The two-factor MFA authentication solution provides additional HR Direct security by requiring both something the employee knows (username and password), and something the employee has (such as a cell phone, hardware token, and/or landline) any time he/she authenticates to access HR Direct.
