Salsa Fresca

4 small tomatoes chopped 
1/2 cup cilantro chopped 
1/2 red onion chopped 
1 teaspoon vinegar 
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice 
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped 

In a medium bowl combine tomatoes, onion, and chile. Add vinegar, lime juice, and cilantro. Mix well. Let sauce stand to blend flavors. Serve at room temperature. 
Makes 2 cups.
