The fellowship's mission is to train and graduate excellent clinicians with a strong skill set in all areas of critical care medicine. We provide an educational framework for the successful planning and execution of scholarly work in the areas of education, quality and patient safety, and clinical research to ensure trainees have the skills to become effective educators in any environment in which they practice.
