Paula Gardiner, MD, MPH, is an Associate Professor of Family Medicine and Community Health at the University of Massachusetts School. She directs the group medical visit program at the Center for Integrated Primary Care.

Dr. Shahida Fareed is a Clinical Psychologist Specialist in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. She graduated with honors in 2017. Having more than 6 years of diverse experiences, especially in clinical care. She is the Director of the Integrated Behavioral Health program in the Department of Family Medicine and Community Health.
