Our Partners

In February 2009, UMass Chan Medical School and Tongji University School of Medicine (TUSM) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that will foster the establishment of educational exchange programs and promote development of joint studies, research and training. The goal of the partnership is to create a framework for academic, research and clinical exchanges involving faculty, post-doctoral fellows, students and clinicians. This was the first agreement of this kind between UMass Chan Medical School and a Chinese medical school. 

In May 2009, MOUs were also signed into effect with Peking University Health Science Center andWest Chine School of Medicine, Sichuan University.  In April 2010, Peking Union Medical College became the fourth official partner of UMass Chan.
