UMass LIGHT was founded in 2021 to promote mentorship & leadership for learners at UMass Chan. This organization strives to accomplish the following:

• Create opportunities for personal & professional development

We approach reaching our goals through mentorship programs, leadership development workshops, and community events in order to create an environment where students are on track to succeed in their academic and professional paths.
